Apollo, who after Zeus perhaps the most widely revered and influential of all the Greek gods. Apollo was most famous as the god of archery and the god of prophecy and oracles, also medicine and religious healing. Apollo was the greatest of all musicians; he oversaw poetry and dance. He embodied physical and intellectual light, beauty and reason, and his oracle at Delphi was considered the greatest in the ancient world. Apollo represented the epitome of male youth in its prime: clean-shaven, unmarried, intelligent and thoughtful, well-versed in all skills and in control. He did not delight in the hunt like his twin sister Artemis but flung his arrows at monstrous creatures, such as the Python who originally inhabited Delphi, and others who stepped beyond the proper bounds of order and society.
FOR THE LOVE OF ZEUS

Original Television production, Created, written, directed and produced by Sharlene Humm. A comedy of sorts based on the mythology surrounding the Gods and Goddesses of Olympus. With a cast of characters played by some Amazing Florida Actors.
The Festival of Stepterion is the end of season one of this series. It is the celebration of Apollo who slew the python at Delphi when he was a toddler. This festival has music, food, games and so much more. We hope everyone will come out and join us in the celebration and at the festival. You never know you may see yourself on Olympus with the other Gods and Goddesses.
