VENDORS
2016 VENDORS APPLICATIONS Vendor Fee is $250 for all 3 days
BackLot Studios is looking for high quality products, either handmade or unique and beautiful. Artisans and crafters are encouraged to apply. Food vendor booth selection will be based on affordable and creative menus that stick to the theme of the event. We do not duplicate craft or food booths.
All vendor applications will be reviewed to ensure your product or service is the right fit for the event's theme.
Please note: Vendor offerings must stick to the theme of the festival. Vendors with themed menus and products will be given priority during vendor selection.

Booth Requirements
The overall appearance and presentation of your booth is critical to the overall feeling of the festival and to your retail success. We want to ensure that everyone has the best possible experience. The festival staff determines booth placement.
A photograph of the concession set-up and detailed description of products/items to be sold is required with the application before the application can be approved.
Booth space is limited to a single 12' x 12' booth (including all wires, stakes, poles, etc.) with a good roof that can withstand wind, rain and other inclement weather. Come prepared for all types of weather. You must secure your booth in case of windy conditions.
Be very detailed in stating your power needs on your vendor application. Power will be limited for the craft/retail booths. Generators may only be used with TY (Topeekeegee Yugnee) park approval.
Your booth must be open during the entire festival. You cannot vacate early.
Your booth must be neat, attractive and well-maintained. Signage with visible prices is required.
You are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing your own booth, your merchandise and your trash.

Food Vendors
Food/Beverage booths must comply with local food handling regulations.
All signs and displays must be of a professionally produced nature. Prices of items must be displayed.
We strongly suggest displaying your Food Handling Certification.
Certificate of Insurance & Liability Release
A current Certificate of Insurance is required for all vendors naming BackLot Studios Inc. and TY park as an additional insured. Additional details can be found on the vendor application for festival.
Vendor accepts responsibility for all lost or stolen merchandise and equipment.
Vendor accepts all responsibility, liability, and costs for any damage to booth.
